Saffron Cardamom Gin Fizz
A gin fizz featuring tropical passionfruit, lime, and the aromatic warmth of Indriya Saffron Cardamom, finished with refreshing bubbles.
Ingredients
2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Saffron Cardamom Syrup
3/4 oz Passionfruit Puree
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Sparkling Water
Ice

Method
1. Add gin, syrup, passionfruit puree, lime to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake for 10-15 seconds until chilled.
3. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Top with chilled soda or sparkling water.
5. Optional garnish with saffron rock candy or lime wheel.
